A. The teacher education program provides candidates at both the initial and advanced levels with knowledge and skills in the Louisiana reading competencies and the curriculum process. Unacceptable | Acceptable | Target Candidates understand the components of the Louisiana Reading Competencies. | Candidates utilize the Louisiana Reading Competencies in K-12 classrooms. | Candidates effectively utilize the Louisiana Reading Competencies in K-12 classrooms to impact learning.
