LAC 37:XIII.21307. Premium Discounts Required

A. Every insurer authorized to issue commercial motor vehicle insurance policies in this state, except for a surplus lines insurer, shall provide a discount on the liability premium for each commercial motor vehicle equipped with a dashboard camera and telematics system meeting the requirements set forth in this Regulation 138. B. The discount required in this subsection does not extend to collision, comprehensive, or other coverage types unless otherwise determined by the insurer.
