Visiting Records

(1) A record shall be kept and stored in accordance with the Massachusetts State wide Record Retention Schedule for every incarcerated or civilly committed individual on which shall be recorded the name of every person who visits that incarcerated or civilly committed individual and the dates on which those visits occur. (2) Each institution shall keep and store in accordance with the Massachusetts State wide Record Retention Schedule all Visitor Application Forms.
