References to Code of Federal Regulations

(1) References to federal regulations within 310 CMR 30.000 shall refer to those regulations in effect as follows: (a) Any reference to Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) refers to those regulations in effect on July 1, 2008, unless otherwise specified. (b) Any reference to Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) refers to those regulations in effect on October 1, 2007, unless otherwise specified.
