General Regulations
961 CMR 2.00 is established by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission to define and
regulate the operation and administration of the Massachusetts State Lottery. In addition to
961 CMR 2.00, rules for specific games, drawings or other matters may be found in
Administrative Bulletins periodically issued by the Director.
