Education Services (SNCFC)

(A) An educational program shall be provided which shall be approved by the Massachusetts Department of Education. (B) Opportunity for participation in the approved educational program shall be available to all school-age children within the facility upon admission. (C) The educational program shall be an integral part of the total resident care provided. Scheduling of daily activities shall be done in such manner as to encourage and facilitate participation of residents in the educational program.
