Listing of Hazardous Substances

The commissioner declares the following substances to be hazardous substances: (1) Formaldehyde. (2) Urea-formaldehyde foamed-in-place insulation. (3) Snuff. (4) Children's reusable food or beverage containers containing bisphenol-A that are manufactured on or after January 7, 2011, or sold at retail on or after July 1, 2011.
