Listing of Banned Hazardous Substances

The commissioner declares the following articles to be banned hazardous substances and requires their removal from commerce: (1) Urea-formaldehyde foamed-in-place insulation. (2) Children's reusable food or beverage containers containing bisphenol-A that are manufactured on or after January 7, 2011, or sold at retail on or after July 1, 2011.
