Written Complaints
In the case of a written complaint, the complaint must be reviewed by the worker or
management to determine its validity.
A letter must then be sent to the complainant informing such individual or institution of
appropriate action, if any, in relation to the complaint. The letter must inform the complainant
of the right to appeal and have a fair hearing or to have a review without a hearing.
