Client or Applicant Notification of Subpoena

No records ofa client or applicant shall be made available in response to a demand for such data made by means of compulsory legal process unless the client or applicant whose records are the subject of such compulsory legal process has been notified of such demand so that he or she may seek to have the process dismissed or withdrawn.
