License Disclosure

(1) A Licensee shall disclose the type and number of its license in all advertisements used in the Commonwealth which advertise or refer to the licensed business; however, 209 CMR 45.12(1) shall not apply to an Internet banner advertisement or pop-up advertisement. (2) A Licensee shall prominently display a copy of its license at each licensed office location No Licensee shall operate under a name other than the name(s) on the license issued by the Commissioner.
