R 168.202 Pollbook records.

Rule 2. (1) If both a physical and an electronic pollbook are utilized at an Election Day polling place, early voting site, or absent voter ballot counting facility, the clerk of the jurisdiction shall direct the records required by these rules to be recorded in the physical pollbook, the electronic pollbook, or both. (2) Regardless of the form of pollbook used at an Election Day polling place, early voting site, or absent voter ballot counting facility, any challenge forms completed under R 168.213(2) must be stored by the local clerk in the same manner as the physical pollbook is stored.
