WORK TRAINING APPOINTMENTS

Appointing authorities may make work training appointments only to positions in work training programs approved by the commissioner. These appointments shall be of a predetermined duration. Work training programs must include trainee recruitment and selection procedures that incorporate public notice of intent to accept applications for training.
