INTERNSHIP APPOINTMENTS

Appointing authorities may make internship appointments only to positions in programs established in cooperation with accredited educational institutions. These appointments shall be of a predetermined duration. The internship appointment must provide academic credit or fulfillment of academic requirements for the participating student. An appointing authority is responsible for providing information about available programs and positions to institutions and students.
