Subpart 1. Incorporation by reference. Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart Ec, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources: Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators," is incorporated by reference. Subp. 2. Exceeding emission limits. Owners and operators of a new hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerator must comply with part 7011.1340 .
