Subpart 1. Incorporation by reference. Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart AAAA, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Small Municipal Waste Combustion Units for Which Construction is Commenced After August 30, 1999 or for Which Modification or Reconstruction is Commenced After June 6, 2001" is incorporated by reference. Subp. 2. Exceeding emission limits. Owners and operators of a new small municipal waste combustor must comply with part 7011.1340 .
