Event Notification
PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to
explain the requirements for an event notification.
(1) The following will be included as part of
the event notification:
(A) The Event Notification Form, included
herein; and
(B) The schedule of prices for the sporting
event.
(2) The event notification must be submitted
to the department no earlier than thirty (30)
days, and no more than sixty (60) days prior
to the sporting event.
