Regular Bingo License

PURPOSE: This rule defines a regular bingo license and sets forth the authority for a licensee to possess both a regular and a special bingo license. (1) A Regular Bingo License is a license issued to a qualified organization to conduct only the game of bingo as defined in section 313.005, RSMo. The number of bingo occasions conducted by a licensee is limited to two (2) bingo occasions per week, not to be held on the same day. The holder of a Regular Bingo License may also be the holder of a Special Bingo License. A veterans’ organization may be exempt from the limitation of two (2) bingo occasions per week for play at a veterans’ hospital as provided in section 313.060, RSMo.
