Disclosure of Public Service
PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to set
forth the requirements for disclosure of public service plan for a Class A license.
(1) An applicant for a Class A license must
disclose its plan for the promotion of the
orderly growth of horse racing in Missouri
and education of the public with respect to
horse rac ing and pari-mutuel betting.
