Count Room—Characteristics

PURPOSE: This rule establishes count room characteristics. (1) Each casino shall have a room(s) specifically designated for counting the contents of drop devices which shall be known as the count room. (2) The count room shall be designed and constructed to provide maximum security for materials housed in and the activities conducted in that room. (3) An alarm device (audible, visual, or both) shall be connected to the entrance of the count room that causes a signaling to the monitors of the closed circuit television system and to the commission office on the boat whenever the door to the count room is opened.
