Procedure for Collection of Overpayments

PURPOSE: This rule outlines procedures for collection of payments made to claimants of assistance when claimants were ineligible for payments. (1) Restitution and recovery may be required if at any time it is determined that a recipient has received benefits to which s/he was not entitled because of a state or federal statutory or regulatory requirement.
