Appeals

PURPOSE: This rule describes how a professional employer organization (PEO) may appeal the secretary’s findings that disciplinary action should be taken against it. (1) A PEO who receives findings of fact and conclusions of law as provided in 15 CSR 30130.090 upholding any disciplinary action may seek judicial review as provided for in Chapter 536, RSMo.
