Good Manufacturing Practices
PURPOSE: This rule establishes sanitation
standards of public health significance for
manufactured foods.
PUBLISHER’S NOTE: The secretary of state

(1) Applicability. The requirements of this rule
apply to buildings or facilities, or parts thereof, used for, or in connection with, the manufacturing, packaging, processing, or holding
of human food.
(2) Standards. Manufacturers, distributors,
and warehouses shall operate in accordance
with 21 CFR Part 117 Current Good
Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis,
and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for
Human Food, revised as of September 17,
2015, hereby incorporated by reference and
made a part of this rule as published by the
U.S. Government Publishing Office, 732

any subsequent amendments or additions.
