Nonresident Migratory Bird Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: The rule establishes a nonresident migratory bird hunting permit. Nonresident Migratory Bird Hunting Permit. Required of any nonresident sixteen (16) years of age or older in addition to the prescribed hunting permit to pursue, take, possess, and transport waterfowl, doves, snipe, woodcock, and rails, except for blue, snow, or Ross’s geese during the Conservation Order in accordance with federal regulations as prescribed in 3 CSR 10-7.440.
