Resident Migratory Bird Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a resident migratory bird hunting permit. Resident Migratory Bird Hunting Permit. Required of any person sixteen (16) years of age or older in addition to the pre scribed hunting permit to pursue, take, possess, and transport waterfowl, doves, snipe, woodcock, and rails, except for blue, snow, or Ross’s geese during the Conservation Order in accor dance with federal regulations as prescribed in 3 CSR 10-7.440.
