For the purposes of this Bulletin, homeowners personal lines residential insurance property coverage shall include renters/tenants insurance and mobile home/manufactured housing property coverage. The intent of this information request is for the Department to determine the status and progress of Mississippi claims filed in calendar year 2007. The Department is requesting the following information: - The number of homeowners personal lines residential insurance property coverage claims filed in calendar year 2007; - The number of claims paid on claims filed in calendar year 2007; - The number of claims denied on claims filed in calendar year 2007; and, - The total dollar amount of claims paid on claims filed in calendar year 2007. The Department is requesting this information be provided to the Department in written or electronic form within forty-five (45) days of the date of this Bulletin.
