Addition of Licensing Categories

These lines are currently authorized under Miscellaneous Casualty (03). Miscellaneous Casualty will change to Casualty (03) and will no longer authorize these lines. Casualty line (03) includes Burglary & Theft, Product Liability, General Liability, Aircraft, Homeowners, Farmowners, Malpractice, and Errors & Omissions. However, these lines will not be listed separately. This change is required to support the limited agent's privilege license of Small Loan and Vehicle Physical Damage. The Small Loan lines are Fire & Allied Lines (01), Inland Marine (13), and Auto Physical Damage (26). You may amend your Mississippi privilege license by adding the new lines of insurance to your company's renewal application. You must attach a copy of your current certificate of compliance from your domiciliary state verifying authorization of this change. The $25.00 amendment fee will not be required if you use the renewal application.
