House Bill No. 518 changed the expiration of all non-resident fire/casualty agents to June 1 following the date of issue. You must request a certificate of authority for all resident and non-resident fire/casualty agents from and after July 1, 1995. House Bill No. 519 changed the expiration of all fire/casualty company and resident agent privilege licenses to June 1 following the date of issue. This Bulletin is your authorization to continue to transact fire/casualty business until June 1, 1996, under your current certificate of compliance and privilege license.
