# MISSISSIPPI PRODUCT AND RATE FILING FEE SCHEDULE

# I. Purpose
The purpose of this Bulletin is to set forth the Mississippi Product and Rate Filing Fee Schedule as are due when requesting an expedited form and rate review process for all life, credit life, annuity, and accident and health contracts filed within the Mississippi Insurance Department as promulgated in 19 Miss. Admin. Code, Part 1, Chapter 38.
Companies who elect the expedited review process must submit the following fees subject to the fee schedule provided in Section 2 of this Bulletin when requesting an expedited review as provided in 19 Miss. Admin. Code, Part 1, Rule 38.04(D).
Insurers should be aware that this Bulletin and the Actuarial Fee Schedule may be amended.
# II. Actuarial Fee Schedule
Companies who elect the expedited review process and are subject to actuarial fee schedule shall submit the fee as set forth in Exhibit “A” of this Bulletin. Any questions regarding this fee schedule should be directed to the Life and Health Actuarial Division at 601-359-3657.
# III. Effective Date
The effective date of this Bulletin shall be May 1, 2026.
