Effective Date

Effective Date The Plan became effective in February of 1949 when all companies licensed to write direct automobile bodily injury liability insurance in the state have subscribed thereto. The requirements in this Regulation shall become effective upon adoption. No company which is licensed to write only reinsurance shall be a subscriber to this plan.
