Governing Articles: Article VII 4.13.1: Amendments The provisions of these Articles, and any amendments hereto, shall be subject to amendment, alteration, repeal or re-enactment at the discretion of the Commissioner. Any such amendments to these Articles shall become effective on the date specified by the Commissioner in the amendment. Source: Miss. Code Ann. §71-3-111 (Rev. 2011) 4.13.2: Termination The authority to terminate this Pool is vested in the Commissioner. In the event of termination of this Pool by the Commissioner, the termination shall be effective as of the date set forth by the Commissioner and the procedure for winding up affairs for this Pool shall be accomplished pursuant to the direction of the Commissioner.
