Governing Articles: Article VIII - Effective Date These Articles shall be effective April 15, 2007. Pursuant to the authority granted in Section 71-3-111, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and Regulations promulgated thereunder, I George Dale, in my capacity as Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Mississippi do hereby adopt these Governing Articles of the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Assigned Risk Pool.
