Transfer of Liquids. When an LP-Gas container is used for motor fuel, farm implements, portable containers or similar service and cannot be serviced due to excessive vapor pressure in the fuel container, vapor pressure may be reduced to facilitate fueling by venting to the atmosphere, provided the liquid transfer is located not less than 50 feet from the nearest important building and in an open area without undue hazard to any building or surrounding property and there is no open flame or other source of ignition in the area. Passenger-carrying vehicles shall not be fueled in this manner while passengers are on board.
