Catalytic Converter Record Keeping. Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated Section
97-17-71.3(d)(iii), Scrap Metal Dealers shall keep and maintain information provided by the
seller of the catalytic converter or nonferrous part thereof for two (2) years. Records shall be
subject to inspection and review by law enforcement and Secretary of State examiners.
