Payment by Check

Payment by Check. Pursuant to the Act, payment for Metal Property shall be by check or by electronic funds transfer. At no point may payment be made by cash tender. Payment shall, at all times, be made by check or electronic funds transfer issued to the Seller of the Metal Property.
