Registration Refund Request. The only basis for requesting a registration fee refund is that the initial registration was made in error because the individual or business does not engage in the business of purchasing regulated materials. In such instances, a registration refund must be requested within ninety (90) days following submission of the registration application. When an applicant is denied registration, the registration fee will be refunded to the applicant.
