Registration Fee. Otherwise, once a registration application is approved, the registration fee becomes the property of the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office and shall be non-refundable and non-transferable. No portion of the registration fee will be returned to a registered Scrap Metal Dealer whose registration is suspended or revoked.
