Fee Non-refundable and Non-transferable

Fee Non-refundable and Non-transferable. When a registered Scrap Metal Dealer withdraws or surrenders his Certificate of Registration, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, should the same Dealer wish to return to operation during the remaining two-year registration period, the Dealer may do so without an additional fee until renewal.
