Variance from Rules

Variance from Rules. The Division may grant variances from these Rules if it determines that: A. Application of the rule from which the variance is granted would, in the particular case, be unnecessarily burdensome, and B. Such variance would not be inconsistent with the public policy purposes of the Act.
