Oral Opinions. Oral or informal opinions by the staff of the Division as to the applicability of the Act, or portions thereof, and oral or informal representations by the staff of the Division concerning the status of filings made with the Division are not considered binding upon the Division unless accurately and promptly confirmed in writing by the party requesting such oral or informal opinion or representation.
