Qualification Application and Contents. Application for registration of securities by qualification shall be submitted on an Application for Registration by Qualification. The application shall include a registration statement submitted pursuant to Section 75-71-304 of the Act, which shall contain all information required by that Section; the information and documents required by Section 75-71-305 of the Act; and the filing fee as set forth in Section 75-71-310(c) of the Act and Rule 4.03.
