Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement. After acceptance and entry of a UCC document in the Secretary of State’s database, the filing officer shall send to said filer or remitter an image of the record of the UCC document showing the file number assigned to it and the date and time of filing. Filers are urged to review the acknowledgement for errors. Correction of errors will be pursuant to Rules 11.6 or 11.7.
