Waivers

Waivers. In the discretion of the Secretary of State, all parts of paragraphs 12 and 13 may be waived by him; but he may at any time during the effective period of the permit left the waiver and require that the exclusion(s) previously allowed be submitted to him within fifteen days following the receipts of his notice that effect the Permitee.
