Name Changes

Name Changes. A Permitee shall not do business in this State under any other name than that shown on the application without first notifying the Secretary of State, Attorney General and Department of Education of its change in name. In like manner, if the ownership, corporate or partnership status is changed, a proper notice to that effect will be forwarded to this office without delay.
