CPAs are open to the public from 1 (one) hour before sunrise to 1 (one) hour after sunset with the exception of the state-owned portions of Deer Island and the state-owned portions of Cat Island, which are open twenty-four (24) hours. MISS. CODE ANN. §§11-46-1 et seq. and 97-17-1 et seq.
