Any CPA or parts thereof, including Deer Island and Cat Island, may be closed at any time for the protection and safety of the public or for the protection and management of the natural resources. Signs will be posted indicating the site is closed to the public and the public will be notified on the MDMR website and social media outlets. MISS. CODE ANN. §§11-46-1 et seq. and 97-17-1 et seq.
