If an agency proceeds with its proposed action over an adverse determination from a Coastal Program Agency, or if an agency refuses to comply with any required conditions, the Department will prepare a set of findings describing the proposed actions and their conflicts with the PROGRAM. This set of findings will be provided to the Attorney General with a request for appropriate action. A copy of the findings will also be provided to the agency involved in the proposed action. MISS.
