At times, an action subject to review may not be ready for a determination of coastal program consistency because the notification is insufficiently specific about the activity’s location and impacts. In this case, reviewing agencies must request from the applicant the additional information necessary for a determination. The action will proceed subject to further coordination with the requesting agency. MISS. CODE ANN. §§49-15-304, 49-27-1 et. seq, , 57-15-6, 57-15-10.
