APPEALS OF FINAL ORDERS:

APPEALS OF FINAL ORDERS: Persons desiring to appeal Final Orders shall send written notice of the appeal to the Executive director. This notice of appeal must be received within fifteen (15) days of the date of the Final Order being appealed. All appeals of Final Orders shall be in accordance with procedures set out in Board Regulation, Appeals to the Board, Chapter II, Section 2.
