Board Actions

Board Actions. An act on the part of the majority at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Board unless statute requires action by a greater number. The method of voting shall be by voice vote unless any one member of the Board requests a roll call vote. In the event of a Board meeting conducted with multiple members participating via teleconference/video means, votes shall be recorded by name in roll-call fashion and recorded in the minutes.
